Liz at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Wife's cell phone charger broke and Liz offered her personal charger to charge our phone. The free cookies at checkin sealed the deal.

Hotel is a little out dated except for the lobby. Overall it wasn't horrible and the cookie was a nice touch!

Staff is very friendly. They have a bar in the hotel, very conveniently located in downtown. Very nice stay

The worst experience we have had! We were in our room for less than 5 minutes, had to go pee and flushed and the toilet spit water all out of the place. Overflowed into our room and then the hallway. Took maintenance 15 minutes, plunged the toilet and left. Sent housekeeping to clean but when we returned to our room, toilet water was still all over the place. Bathroom fan didn’t work, blankets were stained. Also the toilet overflowed 2 more times and never flushed without overflowing!

Easy check-in process, hotel was super clean. Plenty of towels and amenities. Easy to figure out entry exit and room was plenty spacious as described.

We greatly enjoyed the jetted tub in our room, the pool and hot tub (minus pool towels not always restocked), awesome cookies at the front desk, texting for any needs during the stay, nice furnishings, very comfortable bedding, housekeeping, and friendly staff! They were even able to give us a late checkout! Could remedy the noise with rooms that have an adjoining room door, more pool towels, and fulfilling “extra” requests from booking online (like extra towels already in the room). We will come back to stay!

Someone put this poor little girl in for breakfast that had never done it before by herself. Felt sorry for her.

I am immunocompromised and we were in Jeff City for me to take a specialty exam for my profession. Due to the increase of respiratory illnesses and stomach viruses during this time of year, my spouse and I masked. When looking at the menu at the front desk to see if we wanted to eat dinner there, we were asked "why we were wearing masks?" by one of the front desk staff. Instantly I felt unwelcomed and irritated that I had to explain to someone why I was masking. The other staff was nice and friendly, however, it was not enough to make us feel welcome. In our room we had doors to an adjoining room and within our room that were not lockable due to the doors not fitting in the frame. Luckily, it was the middle of the week and they were not as busy, but unsettling that we could not secure our room safely.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Superior service. The property is kept up. Other than the parking garage, the property was very clean. Definitely would stay here again. Excellent stay.

Check in was a breeze, great service, got a warm cookie on check in. Quite area, covered parking.

The staff was amazing. The hotel is very convenient to everything downtown. Safe and secure. Hotel is dated but in fairly good shape.
