The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept.

The staff were welcoming and efficient. the room appeared to be clean but when I turned down the comforter there were several blood stains. not good, also the 1rst bed is waaay worn out, if you get too close to the edge it buckles.

Okay for a basic family vacation. Nothing stood out good or bad.

My water didn’t run hot, someone was banging on the wall constantly, I called the front desk to complain and the staff said there was nothing they could do and hung up. I am very disappointed in my stay.

The bar was closed both nights due to not having staff show up to work…during the Memorial Day weekend. There was a dog that pooped on the carpet and the floor on the second floor. They were overbooked, however the customer service was outstanding and their rooms were very clean and updated. My bad experience was a one off… if it wasn’t for that it would have been a perfect stay.

It was nice; love that the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion were all attached to the wall in dispenser. A much more environmentally friendly way of doing things. However, I was disappointed in that there weren’t phone/USB charging/outlets. Many other hotels have these and it’s really convenient.

The property was just fine, very manicured, lawns and shrubbery. The front desk staff was very helpful and I visited the bar to find a bartender that was excellent. I had a great time and recommend her services with your company in the future. I will be back.

Very nice look and good condition

Nice and clean. First time staying here and I would for sure stay again. I used to stay at another hotel when in the area and they had a pest problem. That is why I changed to the Hampton Inn in Wilmington and I am very happy that I did.

Will stay here again on a return trip. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Easy, quick check in!! Bathroom could use some updating but clean and functional

This was the perfect location for us since we were taking a weekend class around the corner. Overall we had a great experience here!!!

Shelf for towels directly above grab bar, making it unusable. Light switches on most lamps unreachable. Coffee maker on top shelf of a cabinet and unreachable as well. Bed height was good - not too high. Had very few towels.
