Overall it was a great location to stay. Very convenient that the bus stops were right beside the hotel. They hosted a nice lobby setting from 3-9pm that had coffee and finger foods so it was a good welcoming experience.

The couch, bed, pillows, bathroom.. carpet. Everything was dirty and moldy

Lovely clean room. Central location for the areas we visited.

Good location with lots of restaurant options nearby. Definitely an older hotel and having a window into the bathroom seemed a bit odd. Small room but comfy bed.

Pretty good deal Hotel. Staff was very helpful with helping me extend my stay, even with their limited English. I also enjoyed the daily coffee, snacks , and Hiroshima specialty drink Chi-Bo!

It was very great and outstanding staff, very communicative and understanding, only issue is the ac sometimes but otherwise, I would stay again.

It’s very nice with yummy food and a nice park only walking distance away.

Great location and staff were friendly, but the rooms are absolutely tiny, far too small for two people to share with bags. Photos of rooms are misleading on the website.

Nice hotel. Good location for restaurants and bars. Complimentary coffee and snacks in the afternoon and early evening.

I was honestly surprised at just how affordable this place is! It's a 4-star hotel on Google, and rightfully so. They have a wide variety of options at the restaurant in the lobby, "Cafe New York". And it's within walking distance to Hondori and the Memorial Park. The rooms are spacious as well and sleepwear as well as water bottles are provided in the room.

Second time there, I'll probably be back again the next time I'm in the city.

I would like to get my money back. That night made me sick, and I got an asthma attack. If I don't get money back I will proceed for legal action. The amount =$179.00

It had a modern city feel. Very nice and relaxing stay.

Room was really small and in a very poor condition, room smelled bad. I am glad we booked 2 rooms for the 3 of us. It seems room lacks maintenance and needs to be “refreshed” before customers arrive. Bathroom had a pretty bad smell too. Towels seemed very old or dirty. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning wasn’t available, which was quiet surprising (not in a good way). Room temperature was around 24C. Nice complimentary coffee, chi-Bo (drink) and snacks offered from 3pm to 9:00pm. Overall I was pretty disappointed with this hotel.

We had an issue with our 1st room being on the smoking floor but, they immediately were able to give us a room on a non smoking floor
