Good location for UT but bedding was terrible. Like paper. Better hotels are right down the street.

Big roomy clean

One of the nicest business hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The facility is beautiful, it’s quiet and BIG PERK it has real restaurants! Their breakfast was great, choice of menu cooked to order or buffet. Really tired of “free buffet” breakfast and junk food hanging on the wall. Best sea bass I’ve ever had.

Great location if attending concert at Moody Center. Onsite food was good.

It was a really nice stay - super convenient to many things.

Great stay and close to the Moody Center. There is construction ongoing but it did not affect out stay.

Great service and room. We enjoyed it. One thing, you can hear everything outside your door. This was not an issue for us because we go to sleep late. Love the ambiance and serenity of this hotel.

Location to campus

Overall a very classy hotel, elegant, outstanding location, good parking for a fee, of course. It always feels special to stay here. I do see several opporunities for improvement. In the room, the coffee maker feels cheap. The coffee it makes is awful. I've had much better in other places. A microwave would be nice. Second, I think it's time to update the shower heads. They waste water. Spray pattern is dense, does not adjust. We ate in both restaurants. The Carillon service at breakfast is good, not great. The coffee there is ordinary at best. The breakfast buffet is good, not great. Hot items were not very hot. Would be nice to mix it up day-to-day. The wait staff service was so-so, not great. In three days, nobody offerred to refill our coffees. The fruit table is very good. Gabriel's is outstanding. Good food, excellent, attentive service, nice place to eat and sit.
