Convenient, clean and just what we wanted for our overnight stop.

Super comfortable hotel!

Great hotel. Always clean and allow dogs.

Upon arriving in my room I noticed hair all over the bathroom and in the shower and the hotel moved my room down the hall only to find the same problem. Being tired I didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving again but did inform them of the same issue. I was then charged a $230 incidental fee after being told that it’s just a hold in case the room gets messed up or things are ordered through room service. However, no such thing was done and I brought my own food with me and all I did was shower and sleep then checked out the next day

The pool hours were accessible for our family. The front staff were friendly. We got a good night sleep before we continued our journey.

Nice place to stay in richmond

Everyone was beyond nice; property was impeccable. I stayed here for the convenience of being able to charge my car at the property and not having to drive to a supercharger. I found out late at night that out of four chargers that they have for Teslas only two are in commission and of course the two were occupied. I kept checking back every hour and the people, continue to charge the car. I had to drive between 15 to 20 minutes to and from to charge my car at a supercharger.
