✅ Great location, very near downtown Leuven. Plenty of restaurants nearby for every budget. ✖️ We stayed there for 16 nights. On our 2nd or 3rd night the A/C started to leak. Despite constant notifying to staff, it was never resolved up to the day we left. Housekeeping could also be better. They also dont have in-room phones.

Great sized bed, clean basic room. Room not adequately sound proofed, very noisy street nearby. Terrible Wi-Fi , nearly always done. Good central location

Great spot in Leuven!

This location seemed to be inside or near the university campus. Just outside the front door were 5 inexpensive but great restaurants inundated with students. All great food. Clearly we were in the right place!

Great location, easily walkable to the train station and attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of great places to eat locally.

The only weird thing was the absence of phones in the room. You have to scan a QR code in the room every time you want to call the front desk

I’ve stayed here several times and I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are friendly and attentive. There were a couple very minor issues with the room when I first checked in, but the staff resolved them right away. The check in and bar/lounge area is very comfortable and makes it feel more like a friend’s house than a hotel. Location is great with lots of food/drink options very close by. I will always stay here whenever I’m in Leuven

Hotel clue was so kind.

Well appointed room in the centre of town. the Stadhuis and St Peter’s church is all within walking distance. Stayed for 1 night. Only issue just with the strength of the hotel Wi-Fi, but that could be because the room that was assigned is in the fringe of the hotel. But in any case, if I came back to Leuven, I would stay here again.

I love this hotel! Very fresh and comfortable, with a great location.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the location is superb and on top, the parking charges are very reasonable and you get to park in an area where normally no cars are allowed!
