Shower head was like a power wash, and the bath plug hole was full of dirt

Cancelled after we droppes bags ans no one answered the phones to help

Very good hotel

I always choose to stay at this hotel, not because of the hotel, but because of the wonderful staff, they are 2nd to none and I believe that is well wealth the money at the reception staff are wonderful

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They interacted well with our grandchildren who were with us.

Have stayed here a few times now for business and every time have had a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and being a ihg member the room upgrade is a nice touch. Very nicely maintained hotel

Great hotel. Prob best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. Clean and well presented. Lovely pool. All staff so friendly and helpful. Bed a little hard for me personally but kids slept fine! Would stay again!

Room a little tired and mattress a bit soft but apart from that it was a great stay. Staff were really helpful and friendly and bar areas was spotless

I had requested an early check in at around 12 ish if possible. I was asked to call again the morning of check in to be told that it was likely to be possible. Twice I had explained I needed to take a pill and to lie down - a medical reason. I arrived just after 12 noon and sat waiting in reception as I was led to believe everyone was trying so hard. I finally got processed at about 2 pm and felt most unwell at this point. I needed that tablet at 12. Sad to think no one took note of this polite request. Apparently I was given an up grade - but had not requested it - just needed to check in closer to 12ish. Would suggest staff are made aware that sometimes people are not conning them! After our evening stay we went in the pool area and had a fantastic bamboo massage with the masseuse. She was absolutely fantastic and will definitely be coming back once a month just to see her five star.
