The location is fabulous, close to everything and within walking distance of restaurants. I loved that. The staff is the friendliest I've ever experienced in Chile, but the hotel urgently needs to renovate or wash its carpets in the common areas.

First time staying at the old part of the hotel. Rooms need to improve! There is a huge difference with the ones in the modern part.

Great Executive Lounge!! Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Staff does not seem interested in the clients. This seems to be a hotel for tour groups. Service in the Executive Lounge is very nice but outside that environment, I was treated like on of ‘the herd’ very impersonal. Too bad

Terribly noisy air conditioning and no internet access at the room, WiFi or cables, no help provided during the stay, had to go to the lobby to connect

While I only stayed one night. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable and I slept well!

Not worth the money

Main carpet in-front of the elevators has masive stains Bathroom of the room extremely noise once flushed, plus the water tank did not release the water properly Shower with half a door.

I booked for two nights and both days was not able to take shower because there was no hot water, the staff at the hotel was terrible never received a responde about the water temperature issue and decided to leave, the manager at the hotel offered an upgrade for my next stay. I will never stay in that hotel.

It was okay, need recycling garbage can in the room, coffee machine difficult to make it work. I requested to change room because my was too dark but none gave me any answer. Location is good but I wasn't impress with the service.
