Booked this hotel room in January for the dance festival for one week 3-10 August. Just prior to the holiday my 92 year old blind mother fell and fractured her pelvis. I am a sole carer and could not arrange any care for her. Expedia kindly offered to contact the hotel for me on two occasions to explain the situation and they declined to cancel and refund. This has given me a lot of work to do now going through holiday insurance when I know of course this room could have been relet with no bother had they had refunded me. Rooms are at a premium during the festival as all dances know. So would I recommend this hotel - NO. Very poor customer service. A very disappointed customer.

We had a great time in this hotel the only things we found that let it down were no kettle in the room no iron in the room no fridge in the room no safe in the room these things are important to us so let it down but the hotel itself is perfect so very happy with the outcome we bought a kettle bought a iron so made us a little more at home

Used as a base for a nearby sports event, plus sightseeing.

The people was very kind, we stay for one night, the room was clean and confortable.Good breakfast.

The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and cleaning lady were so very nice and friendly. Super helpful and accommodating.

Comodo, posizionato nei pressi dell'uscita autostradale. Ampio parcheggio e Reception sempre presente. Qualche noia con la televisione con scarsa ricezione e canali che non si vedevano o si vedevano a scatti.

Hotel tra l'uscita dell'autostrada e il mare, con diverse migliorie in atto. Ampio parcheggio, ottima accoglienza, camera ampia, bagno in ordine. Abbondante colazione.

Abbiamo pernottato e fatto colazione all hotel Mastai...subito accoglienti e gentili...camera spaziosa e pulita colazione abbondante a buffet e torta della nonna davvero speciale! Consiglio a tutti ...noi torneremo sicuramente la prossima estate!

Camere pulite e spaziose. Letti comodi. Personale competente, molto disponibile e cordiale. Parcheggio auto interno con molti posti disponibili. Colazione con vastissima scelta di prodotti dolci e salati. Il personale di sala molto disponibile e attento alle singole richieste. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno.

We came late with ferry on Ancona. The hotel was a good match for this.
