location is good but noisy

Excellent location. Pretty modern.

This hotel is in a great location in the heart of Lisbon. The staff could have been more accommodating and allows us to check in 1hour early instead of sitting in the lobby , our room was ready and it did not appear to be booked. Being accommodating would have given them a better rating.

We had a plumbing issue but it was resolved the next day while we were out. Other than that all was very good.

Amazing staff....Amazing location....Amazing buffet....however, AC does not work in rooms making it very difficult to stay cool ar night.

This is a cozy and super clean hotel with super friendly staff. We were family of 4 and booked 2 rooms and were very happy with our stay. Will highly recommend this hotel.

This was a well located hotel for our first visit to Lisbon. The room was small and only a tiny closet so dont expect to be able to unpack anything. We asked for help with restaurants but the reception staff generally did not seem to want to help. The exception being the bar tender who was very helpful. On our last day the room was not serviced despite us being out all day. We asked for and received clean towels. Check out was very slow. I had asked the night before about a bike race and road closures which we could predict seeing the event being set up. The staff knew nothing yet on check out the roads were closed causing a lot of stress for everyone checking out. Overall not a great experience

The hotel is incredibly convenient to the harbor and many of the sights in Alfama and Baixa. The rooms are small but efficient if you only plan to sleep there. I only had breakfast at the hotel and it was unremarkable. Service was very good.

Did not like the fact that free water is not provided daily. There was no water in the lobby as well. Staff did not seem concerned about it. No option for early take out breakfast for customers who book daily tours, unlike other hotels. This is not the way to treat the customers. Room is very small for the price paid. Not sure I will go to another Vincci hotels in the future. Customer service needs improvement.

We thought the hotel was in the perfect location! It was nicely decorated, and the staff were great. Kawan at the bar is the best!! Great bartender, friendly and knowledgeable-he made our stay ten times better. The rooms was fine for the space…a little small but we are used to that in Europe. Overall-we would return!

The location is good. The window has good sound proofing from the street noise. For tea lovers, ask for a kettle and they will deliver to your room.

Great hotel in the best possible location, in easy walking distance to Alfama and downtown. Friendly helpful staff, neat, clean room with a large bed and bath.
