The room was awesome and roomy. The staff was incredible as far as friendliness and helping out. My family loved the breakfast. By far the best Holiday Inn Express we've ever stayed at. We stay at them everywhere we go. Carpet is dated and dirty.

The breakfast was exquisite with much variety. The dining area was clean. Only complaint is the fee sheet for missing items without a checklist upon arrival so hotel staff and consumer both agree everything there upon entry and departure. That was uncomfortable.

It was fine. I prefer beds not to be as high as this one and the heating system was loud whenever the fan came on.

Over all the stay was great, the only u complaint I have is they were stingy on their towels. There were only two bath towels in the room. Wife had nothing dry to wrap around her hair.

Rick, the manager, was so helpful! We were in town for my dad’s memorial service. We had 3 rooms with folks coming in and leaving on different days. He made it a breeze and handled everything with a smile!

No coffee in the room. A deal breaker if I knew in advance. Despite all the good,won’t be back
