The room was dirty, everything was broken, there was no window, towel rack, no drinking water, the room smelled musty, and the Wi-Fi didn't connect. I gave the password but it didn't connect.

The staff is kind and lends me stuff. The room is comfortable. I like it.

I like that when you walk out of the hotel you can find a market right away. It's easy to find food.

Location is good, near food market & 7/11. AC in the room was leaking badly when switched on, nearly flooding the room, had to use the spare towel to soak up the water from the floor. Due to this problem I had to sleep without AC all night. There were also black hairs in the sink, I am blonde so it is not possible that they are mine. One of the lights in the room was flickering so had to not use that light, there where also no windows in my room. Check-in for this hotel is in the hotel across the road with no sign in English and had to get a Thai woman to translate the sign for me. I was just waiting in the old lobby before I had this translated, otherwise I wouldn't have known. There is also no elevator to higher floors resulting in customers having to carry their airport luggage up flights of stairs. Staff where friendly enough though so I cannot fault the staff hospitality. Wi-Fi was provided.

The water flowed like ant urine. Hot water doesn't work. There are cockroaches in the room.

The room was like cigarette smoke, musty pillows, stayed for 2 nights and didn't come to clean it. When booking, go to reserve a double bed. And it was made into a single bed. We wouldn't accept it and had to change it for you.

Arrived in the dark and got a room on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. The equipment inside is better than staying on the 1st floor. Shampoo and soap are available in small plastic bottles. There is no spare pillow provided.

The service is very good, but the check-in time is a little slow.

The rooms are nice and clean, the air conditioner is cool, the breakfast is delicious, arranged as a buffet.

It's quiet, but the water isn't very strong and the sink is clear glass. When changing clothes, you have to change in the shower area, which is cramped. There is no shower cap or cotton bud provided. Not suitable for those with heavy luggage as there is no elevator.
