We were looking so forward to our trip, but were unable to fly out due to an ice storm in our home city. We were working with a third party travel agent, and we rebooked for June. American airlines were absolutely great in refunding our flights and rebooking for us...however we are SO disappointed that Beloved would not work with us AT ALL. I understand a no refund policy, but we are not asking for our money back, we are just wanting to rebook. This is very bad customer service to not even post half of our previous payment toward the new travel dates. We now have to pay for 5 days that we were not even able to travel, PLUS a new trip we booked in June. We have traveled a lot, and have never had this kind of VERY POOR customer service for paying customers. Now I am not even very excited to travel there in June after this very disappointing experience.
