The room was nice and large. It needs updating as in carpet. It was clean. The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants.

It had character. The room was large with abundant natural light.

Great place to stay. Handy to shopping, restaurants and the Central Train Station.

Good location, staff were great. Room was dated but clean, maintained, and offered lots of room. Kitchenette was a nice touch if I had stayed longer.

Good location. There is only disadvantage that no WiFi service was provided as advertised during booking. Evening front desk service suppose to be more polite when travellers ask to fix the problem with WiFi.

This is a rather well designed mid fifties building. BUT it has no air conditioning so there is a competition for the few fans they have available. That has to be addressed.

I was surprised at the size of the room for the price I paid. In fact I was surprised at the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. It was amazing, especially being just across the road from the railway station, which I certainly appreciated. Mind you, it is still annoying when the staff speak English when I'm trying to communicate with them in German.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel at all ! This is a big lie ! This place is dirty, super basic, the beds are totally used, the equipment screwed everywhere to hold, the breakfast is worth a motel... The pictures on the internet are many years old and a lie! With a lot of optimism, this could be a 2 star place. @Hotels.com, please immediately clean up such lies from your portal!

Very nice

We booked this property with insurance through expedia. We attempted to cancel due to medical emergency 18 days prior to date booked. The hotel was non-responsive. Expedia is not honoring the cancelation and has told us we have to make a claim with a third party.

Room 107 wifi poor. Hot water took ages to come through.

Although very clean, it was very dated & was in need of decorating,it was very tired looking.Although we were on the 5th floor it was very very noisy at night as we were on the front & very hot & as there was NO air conditioning we had to have the window open, though even when it was closed it was still very noisy as belive it was only single glazed!!!Defo needs updating!!! Breakfast was fine.Didnt sleep the first night due to noise!!! Very convienent for the train station, handy location

We have a family of four. The room is very big. The location is convenient, close to everything. They have a parking lot, cost 9 euro for a night.

An older, well established hotel, opposite central rsilway station and within walking distance to main sights. Our room eas spacious, with a kitchenette and microwave oven. Would be happy to return to this hotel.
