Lovely hotel. The decor and facilities are exceptional

Excellent Hotel, really lovely staff, seamless check in and some great recommendations from concierge. I thought the room was lovely however there were some missing details on cleanliness as the mirrors were marked and the shower slip mat needed a clean or replacing.

Gorgeous hotel in the centre of everything. Couldn’t want for more. Beautiful rooms with every necessity. Stylist bar area and lovely food in the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

I’m extremely surprised that this hotel is rated 5 starts. The bathroom, carpets and furniture need to be replaced. The bathroom being the worst. Old tile, the sink doesn’t drain and has cracks in it. Overall disappointing stay. I’ve stayed at much nicer places for less.

Clean facilities, friendly staff … not the best cocktail in town, bedroom windows not soundproofed so a lot of outdoor noise in morning but overall a nice stay

Great location in downtown Belfast made it easy to get to the Titanic quarter and lota of shopping and dining options

We loved our stay here. Staff were so nice and helpful. Room was clean and roomy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend!
