I had to cancel at the last minute due to unforseen situation, but did not get a refund for the remaining time of my scheduled stay ( I am aware of the penalties for the first day/night canceled), contacted property customer service but they just replied once. Terrible experience.

In general the hotel was in good conditions and the staff excelent service. Just one thing regarding parking lot it needs maintenance.

We had a great experience overall. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the vanity/bathroom areas in the rooms are very small.

Instalaciones, bien. Ubicación, excelente. Sin embargo, la alberca estaba muy sucia. Las amenidades podrían mejorar, que te cobren por una mini pasta dental es ridiculo en un hotel de este nivel.

Facilities are not brand new but super spacious. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

El hotel está enfrente del Mall Americas y muy cercas del WTC. Puedes utilizar fácilmente los taxis para ir a diferentes lugares y todo esta relativamente cercas. El staff del hotel son excelentes en su trabajo y su restaurant es muy recomendable.

Poner la cantidad de toallas de acuerdo al número de huéspedes por habitación.

The place was obviously a little older, but they had done many renovations. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and professional. Would consider staying here again if in the area

Overrall a great stay. The staff are extremely motivated by tips, and sometimes i didnt have cash on me. So the service varies depending on if the staff remember you tipped well or not. We tried one of the restaurants for dinner and were not impressed. Room service food was significantly better.

Bed was great. However, the property charge is high for its equivalent.

Customer service staff was really outstanding. Nothing to dislike everything was awesome!!
