This hotel was right in the center of the historic town, close to everything, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the bathroom very clean, the breakfast buffet was so generous, the staff (omg, they were all amazing!)... we enjoyed every second of our stay in this establishment. I dream of coming back to Brindisi and I will stay here again!

Staff were excellent. Very clean. Great area. Breakfast not to my liking, but lots of bars available. Room had a small window to no view.

I love the “small town” friendliness and hospitality shown by the hotel staff. Everyone I observed was nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with the guests. I also loved the old world feel of the lobby and the artwork in the hallways. Glad I was able to return!

The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here.

Very convenient hotel close to restaurants and the wonderful promenade. Room was really clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and I would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel

Having booked this hotel with my disabled husband , I was shocked to find our room was not in the hotel but in an annex 100 metres down the road . No one advised me of this and we had to walk up to the hotel for breakfast , very poor disabled entrance from a steep side street and through the garage ! No disabled toilet either !! Advertised area shuttle , not available , advertised as having a Terrace it doesn’t! Advertised as airport shuttle , not got that either , airport shuttle was the regular bus service from the port 250 metres , so we got a taxi !! The room was nice , small kitchenette but cupboards were over 6 ft high and they provided a step stool to reach them !! Not really acceptable for us elderly people ! Our only shining light was Pankesh our room attendant who kept our place immaculate and provided us with lots of assistance … he is a credit to the hotel . The hotel staff were ok , but couldn’t explain why the booking sites don’t inform you that this is not an actual hotel room . Very Poor and I would not recommend for anyone who is not young , fit and preventable 6ft 6 inches tall !!

Wish we could have spent more time in Brindisi, but we hope to come back. Andreas at the front desk was very helpful and the room was nicely appointed and very clean. Breakfast was a lovely selection. I would highly recommend!

The hotel is amazing especially with the friendly, supportive and excellent performance of Andrea. We had a lovely and enjoyable staying at Oriental Hotel. Brindisi is so beautiful and I encourage everyone to visit it.
