The hotel was in a great location between ischia porta and ischia ponte. Close to so many bars, restaurants and shops. Reception staff we so lovely and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. The hotel is as it appears in photos - old fashioned in style throughout. The pool area was not the cleanest but fine. If you are ok with this then i would highly recommend and definitely value for money. Room was clean, beds comfortable, family room just about big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens.

My friends and I had a great stay here, it is the perfect place to stay while in Ischia as the staff are all very nice, the breakfast is very good as is the pool area, and it is only about a 15-20 minute walk from the main port in Ischia. Highly recommended!

Good stay overall, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Good breakfast and close to the beach, great views of the castle. Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the grounds and pool were top notch for my trip. Views from the rooftops were fantastic, pool was very nice, room was large and clean.

We enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean and provides a good service. Breakfast is well served and provides you a nice view of the castle. Don't forget to go to the last floor the views are great.

Property was very nice and staff was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. We would have loved beach towels since it’s near to the beach and the pool closes too early, but otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place quite close to the centre of the island. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms, we got there by walk it took 20min for the port but the google map location is for their pool. All and all we had a really good experience there

Wonderful place to stay in Ischia port. Very close to shopping and dining options. Nice rooms and a good breakfast. The pool area is nice and the snack bar at the pool very reasonably priced. We were also very impressed with the service and friendliness we received upon check-in.

Very charming hotel located right by the beach and in close walking distance to town. Beautiful view from our room and from the dining room of the castle. Breakfast is complimentary and so delicious all hand made pastries and more. Nice very clean pool with a cute bar. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and was super accommodating. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ulisse. The room was large and clean (shower was small but bathroom was clean). The staff is friendly and multi-lingual. The breakfast was diverse and well stocked with an active staff on hand. We loved the two pools with plenty of deck space as well as the terrace on the third floor with the lovely view. The location is excellent with ready access to the beaches and a ten minute walk to either Castello Aragonese area or back toward the shopping district at the city center. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was always helpful providing information. Especially endearing was Miriam who explained about restaurants and the thermal spas on this beautiful island! She even helped with the schedule for our return boat to Naples. We'd like to give Miriam a 5 star rating! She is a valuable asset to Ulisse Hotel. The 4th floor outdoor area provided excellent views of the town and the small island with the castle Aragonese.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and it is in a great location. I could not fault this hotel in any area. The pools are lovely one is cool water and one is warm and there is a great little snack bar for drinks or lunch. A great value for money hotel.

This is an excellent hotel but the internet is difficult and they need to do something about it. It requires that you continually log in each time your device powers down (even while you are in your room) or if you leave the hotel and come back. It's extremely inconvenient.

Wonderful location and views, near the water, pool and beach. Helpful staff. Ample, tasty breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer.
