The hotel was very pretty. The rooms could have use a paint job but we had a great balcony and bathroom was big. We did go off season so there wasn’t a lot of people. I was disappointed that the fountain outside wasn’t on & the ones inside. The staff was mediocre at best. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and we just left our keys. So our experience wasn’t the best.

Not impressed at all. Although the hotel was practically empty, all of the guests were in rooms next to each other, and it was NOISY! The mattress was so old and uncomfortable. It was sunken in the middle, super thin, and the springs were poking me all night. TV didn't work. Lamp didn't work. No tissues. Reeked of chlorine. Breakfast was sad. It was probably a great hotel in the past (they have plaques in the lobby saying they won awards many years ago) but it's like they stopped trying.

Excellent hotel the beds could be a little more comfortable but the staff and the cleanliness were excellent would defiantly recommend for sure !

The decor of the hotel was nice with quite a grand feel. The staff where helpful even though I couldn't speak a word of Italian, they managed to sort me out Taxis and other services.

Breakfast was disgusting, even had mold on a piece of cake . It was stale and not much of a breakfast . The mattress was worn out springs and old . I have stayed there once before and was ok , but never again . 0 star ⭐️.

I have stayed several times at this hotel in the last 15 years. This is no longer a five star hotel in any sense. The entire structure is in need of repairs. The rooms lack any comforts and the feeling is of a poorly maintained three star hotel. I know there are many three and four star hotels in the area that offer superior lodging and service for a significantly lower price.

Enjoyed my stay very much - generous rooms and grounds, attentive staff. Beach is a short drive away.

Beautiful property and easy to find. Spacious and clean rooms. Service is excellent - staff are very accommodating and approachable. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about the hotel is great, including the restaurant which is reasonable in price for such an establishment. Local area quiet out of season, however the restaurant close to the hotel, La Cascina, is highly recommended for both quality steak and seafood, and at prices more reasonable than the resorts on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria.

the room was nice, the view was not good, and pool very cold

We were pleased to have selected this hotel. It was beautiful. The staff were all wonderful. They were very accommodating and could not do enough for us. Laura recommended a wine shop and arranged a tasting for us. We had such a great evening. Overall a lovely experience

i think they are more concerned about all the wedding and other parties that are held there and don't really concentrate on the hotel guest side very much one night we wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant and were told we had to wait till 8.45pm as a party was in progress room service there is a ten euro per person each time you order Breakfast not that great boiled egg one type of cheese two types of Italian ham some yogurt bread rolls and a selection of cakes and croissant and 3 different cereal sometimes there is bread fruit juice not fresh and way too sweet it came out of a machine we stayed for a few days so it was a bit sad that breakfast was never changed the pool area well maintain although there seems to be a lot of staff nobody ever came out to the pool area to see if any one wanted drinks the waiter staff need more training every morning our empty cups plates and glass where not taken from our table till we left the table and 10 am on the dot they start to take every thing away i think it has a to decide to do more for its hotel guest one night a party was so loud it was hard to sleep rang to see when the party was going to finish and was told not till 2am the lady at the desk was very friendly and helped us a lot but overall i think the hotel has a identity crisis

We stayed here to enjoy the beach...which was beautiful. We also visited Gerace...with its huge and historical cathedral

Overall, very nice, even though there were several weddings during my stay, didn't hear a lot of partying!!! Only thing I would recommend is we arrived late 1st night, have dinner there, food wasn't very hot, steak not cooked all the way and was cold, fries cold, my pasta was luke warm. We didn't eat there for dinner again but they had a wedding that night and I will say Breakfast was very nice selection.
