Lovely hotel, staff all friendly and helpful. We had a spacious room, well furnished, good bathroom. Pool is very nice, lots of sun loungers. Comfortable bar. Plenty of places to sit around the hotel. We didn't have a car but there seems to be plenty of parking space. The location is excellent - a ten minute walk takes you to the centre of Desenzano with lots of restaurants, and the ferries around Lake Garda. Ten minutes the other way is the station with trains to Verona, Brescia and further afield. Minor niggles - a lack of electric sockets in the bedroom for charging phones etc, and even for the provided kettle. Toiletries a bit mingy. Get to breakfast early for the full choice as replenishment is a bit slow. The hotel does not have a restaurant but provides a fairly limited range of bar meals, useful if the September rains keep you in of an evening.

Nice staff and great food options at breakfast. There was an evening pool party while we were there with free drinks and free food out on. The only downside and I saw the person involved talking to a member of staff before discovered is that our hotel towels went missing from sun loungers we reserved at breakfast as did others but this couple acquired the sun loungers we reserved. Stereotypically a certain nationality. Other than that spot on and recommend this place

This was the last hotel we stayed at on a tour we did of Malta, Sicily and Italy. We didn’t know what to expect as we had had a couple of terrible ones. Thankfully the hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel was immaculately clean, rooms, pool area and breakfast was great. It was in a great location a few minutes walk from the lake and 10 mins walk downhill from the train station. Would recommend without hesitation.

We recently spent 3 nights here and it was a great base. A short walk into the town and access to all the restaurants and cafes. The hotel reception were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with a decent shower. We had a sea view room which was a surprise! Room service attend daily. A fridge in the room which was great. Breakfast was included but this was probably the bit that let it down. The fresh fruit was always a little on the turn, strawberries were bruised, pineapple a little fuzzy and watermelon a little hit or miss! The hot food in the containers was more warmish than hot, but edible! Day 3 I stuck with yogurt and muesli! The pool is a big advantage, it was a decent temperature to escape the humidity and heat! Pool area is clean and tidy and quiet, great for relaxing. Overall a good base to explore the beautiful lake.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and sizeable pool and terrace area. A perfect base for a week of exploring of the Lake.

Super locations, away from the hustle bustle of the town, but only a short walk. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is kept very clean and feels like it has been recently refurbished. Great shower, and nice large room( family room)

The staff were exceptional. So polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and our room was very comfortable. It was pretty easy to walk into town. Aside from breakfast, the food selection wasn't very good. There should be more English language tv channels. The hotel had lots of British guests.

Clean and convenient to train station . Very busy road outside so noisy in rooms facing road . Small foyer with few seats .Bar only opens 6-9 pm Receptionist helpful .Breakfast ok.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and it is wonderful, we wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Lake Garda. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. It's in a great location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Desenzano and about a 10 minute walk from the train station which is very handy to explore places further afield such as Venice and Verona.

Had a great stay at this hotel beating all my expectations. Staff were extremely friendly and professional and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable - and I am usually fussy on this.

This hotel was recommended by a Friend therefore our expectations were high and we were not disappointed EXCEPTIONAL at all levels

Most reception staff very dismissive & rude. No tea making facilities in the room. We received rolled eyes when questioned. Room was comfortable & clean. Lovely pool area.
