The hotel check in was okay except two major issues, one is the cubicle for taking shower is so small that you eventually getting knocks on the glass panels but sure when it will break. Secondly if there is an issue, the hotel management choose to push responsibility as my rental car was parked over night in the hotel premise which is very small carpark and narrrow, my rental car was full of knocks and lines hit by some irresponsible driver when parking near to me but instead of resolving the issue, the driver disappeared. Presented the matters to reception for checking the CCTV but was told I have to write in the issue and the CCTV is in Milan when I am in Como ? Ok my Italian friend assisted to write an email to Hotel in their language but instead of assisting, the Hotel said CCTV is only recorded for 48 hours but they took 2 days to respond the email which meant the capture of the event is not available or maybe the CCTV is not in working condition except excuses not to provide. Seriously a more responsible attitude is required here if you want return guests to stay at the hotel.

It's a nice B&B, close to the Como San Giovanni Station and Carrefour supermarket. The room is clean, quiet, and cozy. The staff very nice and friendly.
