I enjoy staying two nights at this hotel . It’s modern look and well organised , parking spaces limited which staff directed me to nearby shared property for parking Breakfast was fine not many fruit choice :)) Staff friendly and helpful Room super clean and cosy Bathroom super clean and modern

We canceled the hotel since it wasn't in the same area that we had reserved in Lido initially that the rooms @ Via San Giovanni d'Acri 20, Lido di Venezia #72390167529219 they canceled and the Expedia consultant gave us the new hotel that was to far from our conference area. Also we were stranded at the airport until we found a suitable place.

Great location breakfast could have been better and warmer

The place overall is very good, it deserves 5 stars if they would not get bogged down with Italian specifics of doing business. When you book through Expedia the beach is not included! What is that ? The service is very good for Italian standards, average for American standards. The manager was nice enough to fix everything since we wanted some additional things that weren’t offered through online booking. The dinners are excellent fresh everything - northern italian cuisine! Not your pizza pasta place! The rooms are small but they know you come for pool and beach. Kids entertainment in German English and italian offered in Hotel next door which appears to be a sister place. The gym is very decent für euro standards. If it helps our kid loved the place.

Extremely clean hotel and staff can't be more helpful. Excellent rooms which are spacious and very modern.

Lovely hotel with excellent pool area - pool has jacuzzi and is slightly heated so not too cold. Room and en suite were very clean and room has great side sea view. Be sure to visit the Corso restaurant near the hotel for excellent pizza, pasta and gnocchi.

Great location!!! Hotel and staff were great as welll

The hotel room had a modern feel but the concrete tiles were cold and no bedroom slippers were provided. The double bed was actually two singles with a deep line down the middle. Despite querying this issue, we still felt the line between us at night and didn't bother complaining again. Some of the staff were very knowledgeable about the area with recommendations etc but others were not and relied on out of date info which sent us off on wasted trips as a result. Even simple info on timescale from one location to another posed difficulties for them, which turned in to our problem as we were walking for miles on a journey that should only be 10mins (according to staff)! All the staff were not as approachable and we really felt at times like we were bothering them. Breakfast was not good at all, very oliy bacon and rock hard sausages. No room service and mini-fridge in the room was stocked with water only!!. Their dinner menu was only in Italian (with restaurants a few metres catering for all languages spoken). We relied on the previous reviews which mistakenly gave the impression of a high standard 4* hotel. In fact this was probably on a 3* level with very basic amenities. You will be comfortable if your plan is simply to lie on a deck chair all day.

This hotel was in good location for bus station to surrounding areas, airport and Venice. Hotel has recently been renovated to high standard. Rooms were quite small but clean. Has private area on beach which was nice but unfortnately we coudn't use the bikes they offer as they were all being used.

Non posso giudicare il soggiorno poiché ho scoperto al mio arrivo che l'hotel era chiuso e sono stata indirizzata presso un altro albergo della stessa catena ma,su mia richiesta, di categoria superiore. Sul secondo hotel ( j 44) posso dire solo bene, si merita tutte le stelle che ha.

Leider werden Hunde in dem Hotel geduldet.Finden wir nicht so toll. Ob die Zimmer nach einem Aufenthalt mit Hund gesondert Gereinigt werden weiß ich nicht .Wenn man Bedenkt das der Strand in diesem Bereich für Hunde gesperrt ist machen wir uns schon Gedanken.

Alles super, extrem freundlich und nett, werden wieder kommen

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt super bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten.
