Far from center but Clean and Comfortable Decoration a bit flashy

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The facility is clean and classy. The roof top is perfect - it has shade and comfortable places to lounge. My son and I are grateful they let us check out and still use the roof top and spa while we waited to go to a concert close by! It was perfect!

We needed last minute accommodations as we missed our ferry! IHP went above and beyond to help us! Marco was great! This place is new, it’s super clean and the breakfast was terrific!

First of all the hotel in the pictures is nothing like the actual hotel. They fail to mention that the spa they tout is $35 per perversion per hour and is so tiny you have to book a slot to use it. The hotel had only 9 rooms booked but yet does not give you the promised upgrade. It is not close to anything! It's in a weird neighborhood that is a good 20 min drive to the center of town. The rooms overlook a school yard... Everywhere you look there is an overabundance of LED lighting - super tacky and cheesy. A hard Pass!

My friend and I booked online two days before our stay as we were traveling to many cities, moving along as we wanted to. We got a very good rate, but I do not consider this at five star sale as it was not clean in the common areas and especially in the rooms, it was obvious that the cleaner did not spend much time in the room as my companion shaved The night before and the shavings were all over the toilet area. There is really nothing good. I could say about this hotel.

Good train and bus links to central Napoli and the airport. Waking distance to Napoli’s football stadium.

The Front desk staff were awesome. Upgraded to a suite. The power shower is definitely a plus. On the downside was the noise on our last night ( party goers and perhaps garbage truck collection?????) it was impossible to sleep.

Very nice hotel. Staff was also very professional. Gym was also very nice! And breakfast was top-notch. Hotel is also walking distance to many food options. Would definitely come back here again.
