Room is very spacious. Staff were very accommodating. Lots or restaurants nearby. Hotel is located on the other side of where most tourist attractions are but all of them are very walkable. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice Hotel.

Very tiny rooms and bathroom, uncomfortable bed and pillow and the room was extremely noisy. Would not stay again. Area is good.

We, a family of 4 from Seattle, had just a short 24 hour stay in Florence. We worked it in between multi-day stays in Rome and Venice. Glad we did it, v.s. doing Rome-to-Venice train and an extra day in one or the other. Staying in this hotel's Presidential suite really added to the experience. The photos don't do it justice. It was like staying in a palace. Super high fresco ceilings. Kids got a completely separate bedroom off to the side. Overall, a great boutique hotel: * 10 min walk from the train station. We wheeled our suitcases both ways. Despite some cobblestone, and narrow sidewalks, it was very doable. * Super friendly and very professional staff. * Easy walk to all the main Florence sites. Yet, far enough away, where it was way quieter at night. * One block away from the waterfront, which is a perfect place to go for a jog. * Plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shops right in the neighborhood. * Don't miss the Ferris wheel in the opposite direction from core Florence, also a quick walk from this hotel. * Free full breakfast. It felt like a splurge to get the Presidential suite, but so worth it!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Easy to get to from airport (5 min walk from tram stop) and only 15 min walk to centre of Florence.

The hotel and the rooms were lovely, but the staff made the whole experience. They were absolutely wonderful.

Boutique Hotel with Warm Friendly Staff in Florence Location: Property is at 15-20m walk from the Duomo in a quiet area of Florence. It is a 5m cab ride to Santa Maria Novella Train Station. There are many restaurants in a 5m walking radius including a Carefour Express. Breakfast: It is basic but fresh. For vegetarians, there is cereals, juices, fruits and a lot of bakery items. Rooms: Mid-size rooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms with tubs. Staff is friendly, and always ready to help. Bell boy service is available for luggage Will return to stay here in next visit to Florence.

Convenient location and close to River Arno. 7 min walk to Central Train Station and T2 Tram station to the Airport. 15 walk to Piazza Duomo.

Excellent location, close to train station and river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast included in rate. Would benefit from having a coffee machine in the room. Overall very good!!!

Wonderful hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay! From check in onward everyone was extremely polite and accommodating to us and our two little girls. Our room was amazing and extremely spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. The front desk staff were incredible too and even managed to get us a reservation at a really sought after restaurant. Five stars all around!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to the railway station and major attractions. Next time I am in Florence,I will definitely stay at the Hotel Executive!

Excellent staff especially Francisco and Manuel, GM Riccardo, front desk personnel who were super helpful with the rental car parking for 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable guest experience. Great location, deliciously filling buffet breakfast, daily housekeeping…everything is top notch. Highly recommended and will be back.

The staff initially gave us a small room but when we complained then they moved us to a bigger room. This is not very ethical. They should give you the room you have paid for and not something substandard.

Close to major attractions and tram and train station. Breakfast was great. Every day the room was cleaned to be spotless.

The quality of the staff is very high.

A beautiful hotel in easy walking distance to the center of Florence. My room was extra large with two bathrooms and very quiet. Definitely would recommend staying here.
