Great hotel in a really lovely area.....staff were great. Will definitely stay again.

Disappointed in the room 😞 Shower was the size of a postage stamp. You could not bend over to shave legs. There was mold up and down the tile. Cleaning of bathroom was so so. Not the best part of town (kinda ghetto). Would prefer closer to the vibrant part of the city . Reception area and breakfast area were very nice. Breakfast had a great variety. Hotel staff very professional.

Our room was quite small, but I think there were larger room options. It was very clean, the staff were quite helpful in booking dinner reservations. The location was in easy walking distance to the main historic areas.

The hotel was good. Room had good storage space. Bathroom very small with no place to put toiletries. The reception staff were very helpful with booking dinner reservations. The restaurants for fine dining booked up rather quickly. An easy city to get lost in.

The staff were very helpful, especially Paula.

The hotel was great apart from the poor water pressure in the shower which was also too small.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and 20 min walk to the main square. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is really nice and clean.. My bedroom was clean too, However since i walked into the room I could smell something not right. The toilet room stank of sewer. When i realised it was late at night and i was too tired to ask to change room. And a note to the manager/owner.. the hotel is really nice but furniture needs an upgrade. They’re simply too old. But that’s my opinion

Great location, excellent staff, very quiet, very good breakfast offerings and service. Outside of the Hotel just painted, the rooms are clean but need a little bit of updating, especially in the bathrooms

The room was bigger and nicer than I expected (though I wasn’t expecting much). Was only there briefly for one night so can’t speak to a lot of stuff. The woman at reception was very nice & helpful. Guess my only complaint would be the walls were a bit thin.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was large and clean. Paid parking beneath the hotel. Hotel located in cool area of Bologna with many bars and restaurants close by.

2 single beds pushed together to make a massive one. Small shower cubicle and bidet right in front of basin. Good overall.

The hotel staff is really great, all very friendly. My room was rather small, but did have a comfortable double bed. The AC was so-so. The internet was fast and reliable. Parking was on site, but a killer. Roughly €25-30 a night. The hotel is in the city center, so not much choice regarding parking. From the hotel to Piazza Maggiore is maybe a 10 minute walk. Tons of restaurants, sights and shops within that 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s an old hotel, our room, especially the bathroom, liked like it hadn’t been refinished in a few years. The shower was really cramped.
