The location is very good. To check in, you need to walk a little further to a 3-star hotel. Be aware that they sometimes charge the wrong city tax. Hotel Florida is a 2-star hotel, but they will carelessly charge the tax fee of a 3-star hotel. The stairs are very narrow, so it is recommended to remember to leave your large luggage at the hotel where you check in, and bring another bag to carry the things you need on the day, otherwise it will be very uncomfortable to carry the luggage upstairs

We only stay one night at this hotel. The location was superb. Very close to Santa Lucia station and take a little bit walk to train shuttle (euro 1.5) to bus station. Breakfast felt like in the upgrade hotel, had a great selection and delicious. We took the family room on the second floor near with storage room. I would recommend this hotel

No lift, only stair. But it's quite good since the price is not too high.
