Everything was good except shower that you needed to hold in your hand to wash, not so practical

Very clean hotel! Appreciate d the atay

The room was extremely tiny and the decor and chairs were so old and dirty. I reserved a queenside bed and got two double beds. The water in the sink and shower only worked whenever it wanted to and the ac would cut on and off all day and night in June when Rome is hot and humid! I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is tucked away in an alleyway. And it was a mix use property/building. Advance notice in a welcome with instructions to access building and where to go would have helped. Our AC unit was broken but they a portable one in the room. But it was not connected and we had to go down to have them inspect it. Only to findout the air vent needed to be connected and placed outside with the balcony door wide open. It was noisy and we felt unsafe with the balcony door kept open all night. But they had no other rooms so we didnt sleep much!

The room was comfortable , beautiful and clean. Thank You, we had a great stay.

The bathroom was out dated. Looks like it had black mold.

Nice, clean room. Excellent value. Close to train station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to change room 3 times because AC wasn’t working. The last room was more of a fan than AC but better than not working at all. It doesn’t matter how friendly staff, location etc.. if you can’t get a good night sleep.

Desde la primera noche probemas con el a/c y nadie le dio solucion,ademas mucho ruido desde horas tempranas de la mañana.

Quiet street close to the termini

A/c not working. Had to sleep with window open snd a lot of noise. Bathroom very small.

Clean and comfortable. Just blocks from the train station and on major bus route. Quiet and safe.

Difficult to get someone at the front desk so we could get into our room. Room in poor condition, water faucet in bathroom sprayed everywhere. Shower was so small you could only use a hand held nozzle to bathe, couldn’t even stand under water.
