Fantastic thermal swimming pools, with multiple jacuzzi areas. Local area a bit limited for restaurant options. But fine if you’re happy to eat at the hotel. Da Vinci and Pizza Doug are two good restaurant options.

This was a very nice property and spa stay! The pool and spa were the highlight. There is a free spa area with lots of amenities, like a wonderful Turkish bath, a salt sauna and very warm pools to swim long distances in. There are also plenty of paid spa services which seem to be delivered with a high standard of expertise. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, but don’t order off the menu because they don’t specialize in some of the simple choices like poached eggs, which were prepared and served with water. Dinner was expensive and sub par; very disappointing. Go out for dinner for sure. The property caters to a more mature crowd, so we weren’t intimidated to spend a lot of time at the pool in our swim suits. It was an overall great stay!

What a fantastic way to visit the beautiful city of Venice. Stay at the Excelsior on the Lido and take their beautiful boat into the city at night when the crowds subside. Make sure to also go for a long walk on the seawall and jump in the Adriatic

Often mentioned as the best spa hotel in Abano Terme and I can understand why. It has beautiful grounds, clean rooms and an elegant style. The thermal pools are wonderful and the Venice Spa is a great experience with many relaxing options. The restaurant serves a great dinner meal, and there sre many other dining options within a few mins walk in Abano Centro.

Elegant grand hotel with beautiful spa facilities And excellent service. Room was a bit dated and bed linens were a bit subpar. It’s a large space with two chairs and no sofa or coffee table. Breakfast was pleasant with a lot of choices. Spa staff was outstanding and very accommodating. Therapists were excellent - really top notch

The reception entrance was beautiful and friendly staff eager to upsell us to full board. We were hungry when we checked in but wanted to get to the pool. We were told we could have lunch at the pool. However they did not clarify food and drink are not brought to the poolside but must be consumed in the outdoor restaurant next to the pool and there is enforced dress code ( no shorts?? ) Also lunch was fixed price menu for 59 euros and only two choices for main entrees. The color coded robe system also confusing. This hotel caters to older Germans not English speaking tourists. Breakfast was awesome!

My wife and I stayed in this hotel 2 nights in May 2017. Everything was near perfect. The hotel is true 5* beautiful, very clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. It is surrounded by a very beautiful garden. The lobby, the restaurants, the room, the bathroom were so-o-o beautiful! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was perfect, the high quality linen were clean. It was so quiet, we slept very well. The room was very spacious, with beautiful wall to wall carpets, equipped with high quality furniture with safety box in the wardrobe. This hotel has three beautiful swimming pools and SPA. A pair of slippers and 2 bathrobes for each one of us was there - a white one to be used in the room and a light blue one for the pool and SPA. There was a minibar and a flat TV. The wireless internet worked very well. We had our breakfast in a beautiful restaurant with great choice of meals. There were several kinds of cheese, ham, and vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, some yogurts, muesli, cornflakes and three kinds of juice. A cook made scrambled eggs with additions according to our choice with ham, cheese, mushrooms, onion or tomatoes. They serve coffee or cappuccino according to client's choice. For the dessert there was a great choice of fruits, several kinds of pies, cookies, jams. The only improvements I would like to see is a coffee machine in the room. In short, amazing hotel, we recommend it by all means. We'd definitely stay there again.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if that rating were available. Food was amazing, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the hotel and spa are first class. They know each guest by name! Each guest treated like a VIP. Fantastic 5 days!
