Great location and service

The best thing about this hotel is its great location near everything. I would best describe the hotel as not terrible, but not great either. Just an ok place to crash for the night.

Extremely well located and staff super friendly and helpful. The floor we stayed on was a little old with carpets but no ventilation (it is a Parisian old building so you can’t expect much). Nonetheless, I would definitely go back there.

The staff was alway friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are small but comfortable.

The place was great. About a nice 15 minutes walk to the Eifell tower. There is a restaurant right on the corner that does some nice food and across the street and around the corner a really nice bakery that will make you try everything. The elevator is tiny so expect to take a couple of trips to get your thungs up to the room

Great hotel within walking distance to the Eiffel tower. Very convenient spot to find great restaurants and shopping places. Very quiet and safe area to walk around at night. Very comfortable and cozy rooms. Very friendly staff greeting you at the front door all the time. Breakfast is very delicious as well. Will book again in the future when we come back to Paris.

It is in the perfect location

The location was great. The elevator would only fit 2 people 3 very tight. Our room had lipstick on the blankets, the remote had dead batteries, if you wanted to store left overs it was put in tne bar refrigerator. The people were great, just not the cleanest.

Our stay at Timhôtel – Invalides was a major disappointment. The hotel is in extremely poor condition, and despite its high rates, it doesn’t come close to meeting even basic standards. I wouldn’t pay $50 for this level of accommodation—let alone the premium prices they charge. While the reception area appears recently renovated, this is where the improvements end. The moment you step into the elevator and see the outdated red rug walls, the true state of the hotel becomes clear. We were a family of three staying in the 64Club room on the 6th floor, and it was an absolute disaster: 1- The pullout sofa was so old and misshapen it was unusable. 2- The bathroom ceiling had rust stains and what appeared to be asbestos. 3- There was dust and debris everywhere, including a thick layer on the popcorn ceiling. 4- The carpet was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in some time. 5- The final straw was when a large spider crawled across our bed. We requested a room change, but the front desk staff said no alternatives were available. With no other option, we were forced to leave around 11 p.m. and spend two stressful hours trying to find alternative accommodation nearby. The only positive aspect is the location, which is central and convenient. However, that alone does not make up for the extremely poor condition of the hotel and the lack of basic hygiene and comfort. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot, close to the Eiffel tower and near metro stations and bus stops for easy access to public transportation. The hotel staff were great and overall I had a great experience.

Excellent place to stay in Paris walkable to the Eiffel towers & most of the renowned places. Only small things to be considered was the bathrooms are so small & consisted. Otherwise, best place to stay.

We walked for 3 min and found a corner cafe with a view of the Eiffel Tower Walkable to River and Eiffel Tower and many restaurants and cafes
