Rebranded as the shared inn in 2021. The hotel is very centrally located in the golden square. The hotel although a little tired is adequate for short stays and is complete with a kitchen big enough for many cooks though only 2 pans to cook with!! Bring plenty of mosquito spray as even in November, they were very big and very active.. Building work is currently being undertaken at a nearby block which starts around 07:30h Also recommend bringing your own fire stick/ roku device as the tv is terrible but the free WiFi can cope To reach the hotel from Nice aeroport take tram from just outside the terminals towards port and exit at Jean Medicin it’s then a 5-10 minutes walk away

Hotel very centrally located and close to all amenities. A lot of restaurants in the area and the street is pedestrian. Trams and metro station are very near.

The hotel is in the pedestrian zone, for those with heavy luggage, it is not very convenient.

Location location location

The hotel was great apart from one large thing. It was only when I returned home that I discovered I had new bites all over my back and legs. I am pretty certain the bed had bugs. Anyone staying at this hotel should MAKE SURE this not the case in their room. Staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet but the bed was unacceptable.

Good location on Massena. Short walk from tram station. Pleny of bars and eateries near hotel. Good sized room, at the back and therefore quiet

This is an excellent hotel for a great location. Getting a little dated but is closing over winter for refurb. Would look forward to stop again. Local breakfasts available in cafes, but not for early starters. only 1 opens at 7. Many ice cream parlours for late night snack on way back to hotel.

i'd like to be able to make a hot drink in my room, yes you can get one in reception but the water is only warm so by the time you get back to your room its cold.

The hotel looked a bit uninspiring from the outside but once inside the size of the suite more than made up for it. The location is excellent; central near the Masséna Plaza, restaurants, shops and tram stop. Given the general price of hotels in Nice just over £110 seemed reasonable for 3 of us.

Decent but very dated hotel in a central location. Room is quite small and smells of damp. Bed is OK.

Very nice location. You stepping out of hotel, and right here is buitiful setting with walk only streets, and restorants. Make sure, you understand that room is very small. But you have all you need. Two separate beds, clean, well maintained bathroom and shower. I recommend this hotel.
