Not in a good area, we Checked-in and pretty much checked out same day, we had paid for 3 days but was refused even partial refund.

Good location on the port. The room doesn’t have much space for putting clothes.

Spot we were told to park was not as convenient nor cheap as they had quoted us. If you want to be down by the port and are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price this is your place. If you are looking for a place with a room with space and ease of getting to, this is not your place to stay.

Front desk staff were fantastic! They assisted with dinner recommendations, making dinner reservations, booking taxi to airport and to train station. Superb service!

Close to the old port and walking distance from main attractions. The hotel was very clean and staff service excellent. Breakfast was good quality. The sorroundings of the building are a bit dirty and noisy and the rooms are small.

The reception desk staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel is close to everything.

The air conditioning was appreciated as it was during a heat wave. Just wish there was an auto function for the fan.

Nice hotel with a good location. It was very small, though, and breakfast offered limited food options. Depending on your room's orientation, it can be a bit noisy at night. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and everything was very clean.
