Just perfect

A lovely little hotel close to the centre of town. Room was not big but it’s layout was obviously well thought out with plenty of places to put things away and a good desk. Unlike most hotels here they did have a couple of British entertainment channels on tv. Breakfasts were normal continental but well laid out and in a bright airy room.

This is a very nice hotel and well located in the city. My room was not big but efficient. Good bed and very nice walk in shower. Everything clean and recently renovated.

Good hotel for stopover

We just stopped in for a night on our way to Pamplona. It was a nice relaxing evening, walked to/thru the park and had a nice dinner. I will say there did not seem to be a lot to do in the area, but the hotel was nice and the people and service were friendly.

This was an overnight stop on oiur way south. The owners were so nice I feel bad giving a poor review. I have to say though that I would not stay here again. I hope to never visit Vichy again.

The hotel was managed by a very nice couple, they were very nice and helpful. Everything needed was in a 5 minutes walk distance and the hotel itself slightly away from the main street. The hotel room was very small, basically only the bed and small passages to get around. The bathroom was the biggest area in the room. Besides the small room definitely would go back. The owners friendlies and personal approach is worth the money.

Excellent rapport qualité prix dans une rue silencieuse, proche de la gare SNCF, des sources et des thermes (10 min max). La chambre junior que j'ai eue au dernier étage était spacieuse et suffisament obsure ce qui permet de passer une nuit reposante. Le buffet petit déjeuner est bon aussi.

Séjour très agréable, avec un accueil aux petits oignons et des conseils pour la visite expresse de la très belle ville de Vichy. Plan et bons plans gentiment donnés ! Petit dej excellent et copieux. Un hôtel parfait et parfaitement placé.

L'hotel Averna à Vichy est très agréable avec un personnel à l'écoute des clients. Les chambres très propre avec un lit de grande taille sont propices à un bon reposs.
