Air conditioning did not work the first night and it was hard to sleep. The second day they changed our room. It was ok after that.

Very friendly staff! Clean rooms and good breakfast buffet

Did not think it was 4Star more 3Star +. Breakfast not so good. Scrambled eggs dry and over cooked. Toast machine didn't work.

Front deck was great.

I stayed here for one night and worst mistake. This place has bed bugs. I woke up covered in bites all over my arms. I reported this hotel to Expedia and immediately asked for a refund

The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was fine but nothing great. It also was not varied much day-to-day. The AC didn't work great and kind of worked as it wanted to. The bathrooms were nice and the shower was good. The hotel is in a good area but be prepared for walking steep hills if you're not in a car. Overall it's a fine stay. Nothing stellar but not bad.

Friendliness is defiantly the reason I would come back to again ! Not only the location is pretty Centre, the staff made the experience of the stay so welcoming ! I Would recommend it to all the travelers in Porto !

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was easy to use and shampoo was provided. The buffet breakfast was included and it was very helpful since we had busy mornings. The location was great, it was a 10-25 minute walk from all the major attractions in my opinion. A 6 minute walk away from one of the famous blue tile churches, which is a great place to take photos. Overall it was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again if I came to Porto.

Maria the really old woman with the glasses and shoulder length hair is the one that checked me in on Tuesday night/evening. She was rude and unhelpful. She should not be in hospitality if she cannot be hospitable. She was grumpy and had an unwelcome face and because of that, I would never recommend anyone to stay here because of her. She needs to be retrained and needs to fix her face and actually smile and welcome guests, especially if it’s their first time in your city of Porto. Room she assigned me was horrible and dirty and smelled really bad.

I loved how close it was to so many great restaurants and at an affordable price!

Comfortable, friendly staff, specially Maria the front desk lady. Rooms are quite small, but okay, the lack of any type of hangers for towels at the bathroom was uncomfortable.

The hotel rate is very fair, was just dissatisfied with the a/c that did not work well and the presence of ants in the room. Overall it is a good location, staff are friendly and the room was clean except for ants and this was dealt with on the 2nd day. There are good restaurants nearby and walking distance to most Porto attractions.

We had a great time. I travelled with my mum and son. The bed was comfortable and big. The hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. Everyone at reception was cheerful, attentive and smiling 😁
