All good. About a 25 minute walk to the old town but no issues there. Plenty of bars/cafes close by. Rooms were good

There was a great street behind the hotel, where there were many Pinxtos bars. A good sized grocery store was about 1mon away, as were several bus stops.

The hotel was located close to La concha and local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is outside the door and in 15 min you can be in the old town. The service is very easy to use.We enjoyed the local shops and the ease of getting in and out of town. It does not have a pool as is advertised. Rooms and service were good and friendly.

This property is far from everything and you have to get a taxi because there’s no Ubers and it’s incredibly expensive.

Great location! Pleasant walk to Old Town or an easy bus ride. Building and rooms are quite outdated, though. Two important notes: (1) Our room did not have a stable WiFi. (2) There is a lot of construction noise in early mornings. Unfortunately, wouldn’t stay again, unless they fix the internet and renovate the rooms.

It is very close to the water, and a very pleasant walk along the waterfront to the old town (40-45 minutes).

The facilities were very good. We would have appreciated a kettle in the room but we were surrounded by lots of cafes and tavernas with good food and drinks. If you like to explore, this is your hotel. Also, very close to a clean beach and beautiful views. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Nice, clean chain hotel in the neighboring area to San Sebastián. It was quieter and less tourists than in the old part of town. If you like to be in thick of it, a hotel more central might suit you. We like walking, so this hotel was perfect for us. It was more affordable than the central historical part o the city.

Good Hôtel and location but only has 8 parking spaces so not as advertised‘spaces available’ decent sized room. Hairdryer did not work and bathroom quite small.

Very nice hotel. Around a walking mile from the center but it is quiet and clean.

Convenient location and nice accommodations for the price. We enjoyed the balcony and views. It was nice to have a fridge in the room as well. Tiny shower, but seems common in Europe. Friendly staff and helpful to be able to store bags safely until our evening flight.
