Great staff, scent was nice, comfortable bed, nice looking room, and a great location. Small improvements would be the shampoo and conditioner wasn’t great and the pillows were thin.

The stay was kind and helpful with every need. Everything was clean and smelled amazing. Safe clean neighborhood with wonderful restaurants within a 5 min walk.

Nice walks to and from the Westminster Abbey and the Buckingham Palace a little bit more to other places. Clean room , small room but bed was comfy. Thank you to Nicole and to Jeffrey for being so friendly and helpful.

The staff at reception (Jeff?) was very helpful and personable. The rooom was spotless and - usefully - on the ground floor because I am old.

Great location and room was clean. However we were in the basement and our window looked out onto a machine of some sort.

Honestly felt staff wasn’t very accommodating and sometimes rude. Also the rooms were so small. I could not shave my legs in the shower as it was so small you could not bend down. The hand soap was in the shower because the room was so small there was literally no counter space to place anything like a soap.

Nice, clean small room. Water pressure is great given that we were on the 4th flr. No lift.

The staff is great! Absolutely accommodating and the rooms are clean but the mattress and the pillows are a hard pillow to swallow.my husband and I had a horrible night of sleep. I was there the night before running the London Marathon and boy that pulled a number on me. Was awake for most of the night and my marathon was a nightmare :( It might be a great option if you’re traveling alone and just sightseeing but dont try to go with someone else and please dont stay here if youre running the marathon! =(

Amazing value for this property. Bed was very comfortable and room was exceptional. Concierge was polite and professional. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very quaint hotel. Not a lot of amenities. If you want a place to shower, and sleep this will do the the job. Nice staff. Easily walkable to a lot of area attractions. Not the quietest. We were on the bottom level, you hear everyone walking above you.

The room was compact and bijou (as advertised) but relatively modern and clean. However, the bed was far too soft and uncomfortable and was on such a slope I almost fell out of it. Had to sleep sideways. Freezing cold shower. When I told the chap on reception, you could see he cared and was worried about my review. I wasn't going to write one, particularly as they didn't get a chance to put these things right as I wasn't staying for anymore nights, but as I actually asked me to rate my stay with a score out of 10... I'm giving it!

Such a beautiful hotel! Very comfortable and super convenient to the metro station Victoria, only a 8 minute walk away! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nothing like it is pictured. The rooms are small and dirty. I had a room right next to the laundry and cleaning area and staff were talking loudly and calling people on speakerphone. For what I paid, I was extremely disappointed and checked out within a few hours. Luckily I did receive a full refund.

Staff was very friendly and our room was clean and equipped with an iron and blow dryer which were a must! Room was a bit small

The reception staff were very friendly. My room as beautifully clean. Very comfortable bed and could not fault the accommodation. I do feel the receptionist/concierge could have offered to call for a taxi on both occasions of my going out for dinner in the evening and leaving the hotel the following day. On both occasions I had to ask and only then was the arrival of the taxi very efficient. Otherwise I could not fault the hotel at all.

I like this property because they are good price and newly renovated. It is a small place but it’s clean and close to a lot of cafe and restaurants. The most important thing is close to Victoria station. The not so good thing is that there is no elevator and our room is on the 3rd.

Great location. Very clean. Daily housekeeping Friendly 24 hour staff on reception. Quality bedding on a comfy bed. Small room on top floor. Close on 100 steps no lifts.
