The staff were warm and welcoming. The location was absolutely beautiful and from our terrace we could enjoy views of the medieval city. The only complaint I had was no bar or restaurant service after breakfast. The pool are and hot tub were nice amenities.

Great hotel.

I sadly missed breakfast because I was so comfortably bundled up in bed. The loft was so cozy and comfortable.

Lovely view of St. Paul.

Excellent hotel and exceptional value. European bathrooms can be a bit tricky, and this was no exception but the property is just about perfect. Breakfast for €27 was, in fact worth it. Great pool, spectacular views of St. Paul de Vence.

We had a great stay!

La Grande Bastide is a beautiful first class hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing time we had at La Grande Bastide. All aspects of our stay were fabulous but by far the biggest asset the hotel possesses is its wonderful staff - from Virginia on reception to Sacha who drove us to St Paul in the super 2CV. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic hotel stay. Very attentive and friendly staff and great service. Lovely pool and outdoor spaces and a 20min walk to St Paul d Vence. 2cv shuttle also available. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place

The La Grande Bastide is simply divine in every way. The service, especially Sylvie, was just wonderful. The view from the hotel is just stunning. The cool pool was heavenly on the hot days. My room was well-appointed, the bed very comfortable and the decor charming. The location is ideal as a home-base for day trips to Antibes, Nice, Eze or Monaco. Rita and Heinz, the proprietors, were just lovely. I will return, hopefully very soon!

Beautiful location . Facility should offer dining options for dinner. Pool could use update . Overall very nice stay and would stay again .

charming small boutique hotel outside St Paul de Vence.

Staff was very helpful. Lovely restaurant on property that serves breakfast and lunch. Shuttle to town of St Paul de Vence was a nice touch.

This is a beautiful property. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, attentive and provided very personal service. We absolutely loved our stay.

everything good! an excellent address for a relaxing stay

This hotel was beautiful and the view of St Paul de Vence in the background was stunning. It was very quiet and our room was comfortable (although a bit hot at night no matter how we fiddled with the temperature). The staff was very attentive and the free car rides to town were helpful although we always walked back due to all the French food we were indulging in. I would stay here again should I find myself in this area!
