The hotel is qalking distance from the train station and shopping centre. The rooms is small but has a kettle and teas that you can use. It does need a good paint job and modernising. Thecarpet in the corridor needs a good clean and walls need painting. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Nice breakfast, but small bathroom

Not much immediately around the hotel (bars etc) and the bar had no wine (really?) and limited beer. Emily was superb though

There was no AC and if you opened the window that simply invited in dozens of mosquitoes in the room. It was pretty pricey for what we got.

It was a long way from the city centrevwith no pubblic transport option

My room was unclean when I arrived--there was food and trash on the floor and one of the towels was visibly filthy, though the bed and all other aspects appeared to have been made up and cleaned. I would have overlooked this, but in addition, the hotel staff was wholly unhelpful when I required breast milk storage--after 1 day they told me they couldn't store any more, and did not offer any alternatives, suggestions, or even allow me to check out and receive a refund for the remainder of my trip.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Hotel a good 20 minutes from the centre in a more residential area with nothing else around. No tourist information leaflets available in the hotel. Rpms are quite small and the bathrooms are even smaller with the hot water extremely hot, shower very small. Breakfast was quite poor with items running out and staff having to be asked to refill items and then being told there is nothing left to refill the missing items - this was not acceptable.

The idea of the curtain for shower was uncomfortable and not efficient. The reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. Special mention of the person who takes care of the guests at breakfast was super kind and warm in taking care of our needs. She needs a 5 *.

Hotel was clean with decent rooms. Parking was good. Navigating the surrounding streets were difficult. Breakfast was good.

The room was very dark. My sheet was made of some type of paper/plastic. It was right by a busy loud road. There was no AC and it was 87 degrees. I wouldn’t stay here again

The location is quiet good, and free parking is very good for self driving tour, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room not very nice, we are 3 people family but there were 4 bed is too much, and the was no sofe & table in the room.

We only spent one night but the hotel had everything we needed, including parking on the premises. While the hotel is not in centre Lille, it is in close proximity of it, so we could walk there. If I wanted to be picky, some items require updating like the shower room, one of the mattresses was too soft and one handle was missing from the window. In any case if the price is good I would definitely stay again next time for hopefully a longer stay.

The hotel was pretty good. Not in the best location. But I will be using this hotel again.
