Beautiful property in a convenient location very close to boat access. This property considers it self 2 star but it can easily be a 4 star.

Not too many places fit our family of 5 in Venice within our budget. This place did and was within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. I received messages via Whatsapp asking when I would be arriving with very clear instructions on where to find the hotel, check in procedures, etc. The hotel breakfast is set up for you at a table in the dining room downstairs based on your requested time. Our room was clean. The hotel entrance is in an alley. We checked in later at night so it was a little daunting at first but there is an automatic light that comes on as you approach the entrance. There is a juice/drinks bar still open later at night somewhat near our hotel entrance with lots of patrons so it didn't feel like you were entering a dark alley all alone. Hotel is walking distance to train station and it's a very scenic walk from train station to hotel.

Very walkable location. Very close to train station just a couple blocks away. About 15 mins from several other sites. No issues With hotel. Breakfast buffet was included and was very good.

It was an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Mr Matteo and Alessia who were very helpful especially when we were in need. They are great people and gave us an excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was wonderful. An old building with many stairs.

Amazing stay - just hard to get up 4 steep flights of stairs with suitcases… but what’s not to love - a really charming place and friendly staff

Fantastic location, and reception staff were excellent. Facilities were basic and if you’re on the top floor there are LOTS of stairs but a great price and overall would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the hotel apartment which is 5 minted walk from the real hotel. I was not told that upon booking that the apartment is in separate location. No receptionist on site. We were told to take a video tour to go to the apartment. The apartment was old, extremely small shower, very inconvenient. Total rip-off.

location was great; staff were very nice. If you have problem with stairs don't book this hotel. we got the last floor room and finished my trip with knee pain. Very hard stair case, steep and long. That was the only negative part of the hotel, beside the old beds. over all ok.

Great place! Very quiet location but was able to walk everywhere from here. Bakery’s and restaurants nearby were excellent and very affordable.

Cristina at the receptions was the best. She is very helpful and friendly. The place is withing walking distance of all the major sites and great places to eat. The steps to get to our room was a little bit of a challenge but expected in a city that old.

I stayed here my first time in Venice, and I suspect the things I didn’t love might be the same at other hotels in the city (bathroom not connected to the bedroom, had to leave the key at the front desk everytime we left). The concierge when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. Really liked the location- bit of a walk to the major tourist attractions but that just meant fewer crowds. We were also able to walk to and from the train station instead of paying extra to bring luggage on a water taxi.

We arrived on the 29th April 2018. It was a 19 min walk from bus station. We did have some trouble finding the hotel but We would recommend you look for the number on the wall. We had a warm welcome. We were told that we need to pay 8 euros for city tax. We were given a map and plenty of recommendations to where to visit. Our room was small but it was ideal for us. It was very quirky and authentic. The room was very clean. The bathroom was seperate and because of this we had slippers and robes. Great location to pubs/ restaurants Would love to go back and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lovely place, lovely staff, amazing location. Super steep stairs to our room so inquire ahead if unable to climb with luggage. Would definitely stay here again

The room was very quaint and charming.. unfortunately I did get insect bites.. not bed bugs but something else. I do get severe reaction to bites so I was getting more each day which made my stay uncomfortable.. I did alert the frontdesk not to complain but to let them know for their future guests. Lucky that this place is very centrally positioned and pharmacies available.

We wnated a hotel that was on the main island of Venice. it's nice and clean and the staff is excellent. If you get the room that sleeps 5, just be aware that there is no elevator, and to get there you need to climb 2 shorter flights and 2 long flights of stairs, with all your luggage. otherwise, it was a great hotel.
