The pool and the rooms were great. The staff is very nice and helpful.

SPA is good

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!

Excellent option for stay. Beautiful area, terrific rooms, service. I had a change of plans requiring late check in, staff coordinated with me, and made check in seamless.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location. We absolutely loved the spa and rooftop pool, all of which was done with great care. Well, this hotel gets my highest five star rating, and I highly recommend it to others, my two minor suggestions would be to have foldable luggage racks in the rooms and to allow individual guests to regulate the temperature of the rooms as ours was at a toasty 24.7°C, and we were unable to change it. Again, highly highly recommend this place and we plan to come back.

Great breakfast and spa area! Rooms were okay, it was carnival when I stayed there so it was very noisy - this was probably just bad luck

Super place to stay, cozy family like atmosphere, lovely rooms, awsome sky indoor and outdoor pool and sauna, tasty local food, close to Loser ski slopes. Will come back for sure!

We truly enjoyed the hotel as the dinners were all exceptional and the spa and pool were really upscale and modern. We had a very big room with 2 bedrooms, and the hotel is kept immaculate. Would recommend for a few days of rest and relaxation. The ski region also not far, 15mn drive ..
