Really nice room facing the court yard. The rooms are large by European standards and the quiet balcony is quite refreshing from the hustle and bustle on the streets.

Old fashioned hotel but spotless and clean , good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Could do with updating but not a big issue

Tiny rooms but clean and efficient, 10 min walk to the heart of Vienna.

Great hotel and very close location to the Christmas market. The heater in the room was either broken or turned off. It was a little bit cold.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zipser. The staff were helpful, the cleanliness and accommodations were pleasant. The hotel is also located in a great place, very close to city center and cafes.

We liked our stay at this hotel, and the staff were always helpful. Our room was a little small, and the step to get in and out of the shower was very high, and not good and safe for two older ladies in their early 70’s. We would stay there again as it is quite centre to any of the Christmas Markets.

Great location. Easy walk to Volksgarten, Parliament and City Hall, and close to several street car stops. Lots of dining options in the area. A good choice for a visit to Vienna.

A great hotel in an excellent location for exploring Vienna. The room was a little on the small side, but plenty big enough for what I needed, clean and located close to transport links and everything I needed. The staff were helpful, welcoming and overall was very good value for money. There are plenty of good shopping & food options nearby and Rathaus tram station is just over 5 minutes walk away. having two supermarkets less than a 2 minute walk away was really useful too. The hotel was an excellent base to explore from and I'll definitely be back the next time in Vienna.
