Wonderful stay – highly recommend! Beautiful complex in a quiet countryside setting, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was included, and dinner at the hotel was excellent value: buffet starters, two dishes from the menu, and unlimited dessert. As seafood lovers, we were very happy with the choice. Breakfast and dinner were so generous we didn’t need lunch. Staff were fantastic — special thanks to Tati at reception, the restaurant team, and Francesco at the pool. Everything was spotless. Only drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room or the pool, so we used mobile data. Location is peaceful yet convenient, about an hour to Pisa and 25 minutes to the beach. We’d happily return in the near future

Situation in the countryside was beautiful and the building looks good. Unfortunately the first room we were offered was musty and very uninviting with only the front patio doors letting light in. Fortunately the reception found another room in a more pleasant part of the hotel with easy access. Again the room had character with the aged furniture however the mattress on the bed needs replacing. Breakfast was adequate and we did not eat in the restaurant . Did have 4 stars, no doubt because of the facilities however suggest at the moment I would rate it lower. Reception staff were very helpful however would suggest a need for improvements.

La struttura in sé è anche bella e ha sicuramente del potenziale, però si nota che è un po’ trascurata nella manutenzione e nella cura dei dettagli. La camera un po’ datata, bagno con rubinetteria vecchia e malandata, materasso molto scomodo. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura principalmente per la presenza della spa e per la possibilità di prenotare trattamenti a pagamento, ma una volta in loco ci è stato comunicato con nostra sorpresa che non venivano effettuati trattamenti perché in periodo “fuori stagione”, anche se vi abbiamo soggiornato durante un weekend di un ponte festivo, quindi in giorni di affluenza turistica. La ristorazione è buona. Il contesto naturale toscano è meraviglioso, basterebbe poco per rendere questa struttura un relais da sogno, ma al momento lascia un po’ a desiderare purtroppo

The air conditioning was very poor, the room was like a sauna, we had to get up at 2am and open the door as it was too hot to sleep. No window in the room to let air in. The rest of the property was fantastic, the restaurant food excellent too.

Terrible place to stay

Nice property! Staff was curt, was confused about some transportation arrangements; they cancelled our reservation on a shuttle bus to a concert venue, then attempted to still charge us for it. No elevator at the hotel for heavy bags. Meals were very good, but it was unclear about the seating and timing.

The first room we were given smelled musty. The next one was better but still dank. There are no screens on the windows so you have to use the fan from the air on that just recirculates. Stayed one night only and happy to leave.

came in from Pisa leaning tower. Had taken the train from Napoli where our primary location in italy is. the train is 6 hrs ride from Napoli so you want to stay over in Pisa after you've seen the tower and shopped.

Nice quite hotel, larger than i thought lovely room and kept tidy and clean by staff food not great same limited choice every morning for breakfast never went for evening meal as a bit pricey and going on the breakfast we decided not to eat, lovely small family run restaurant ten minutes along the road at half the price

The info on your booking engine n terms of distance to Lajatico is inorrect. I got lost at coming back from Andrea Bocelli concert at 2am because of this. The hotel brooms are so dated, dingy & ugly. The tilez in the shower needs a good cleaning. The manager in the breakfast area is vrry unfriendly and dinner is only served from 7:30pm (who does this).

Our room was small for 2 small kids aged 15 months and 3. we stayed at the hotel during a heat wave but I have to say the air con in the room was extremely week. I had difficulties in giving the baby a bath. I asked for a shower mat but it was not provided. Overall a good stay but I think the hotel is not well equipped for families who travel with small children.Most programs on tv were in dutch/german.Breakfast average.

Excellent location and the hotel provided transport to the nearby Andreas Bochilli concert.

Loved being out in the country. But, the air conditioner didn't work and it was unbearably hot. My nephew slept in a loft and pulled his bed next to the air conditioner but still burnt up. He got up and took a shower in the middle of the night to cool down. Maybe if we had a fan it would have been better. Everything else is pretty nice - great pool, excellent service in the dining room, etc. Little bit dated of a place, but honestly I liked the old style charm of it.

Resort property, clean but showing some fatigue. No hot water one morning, room refrigerator didn't work.

Very spacious comfortable family room with double and one single bed downstairs and two singles on the mezzanine floor in rustic style property. Every room had an outside table and chairs to sit and relax. Stoned pathways leading around the stone built blocks of rooms with lovely pool area at one end with small basic gym downstairs..the hotel runs regular activities for kids and adults (eg wine tasting). We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed the lovely country location and super buffet breakfast. Everything very clean and staff could not be friendlier or more helpful.

A lovely hotel, bigger than expected although a little out of the way. The food was very good. The pool was very very good. The room had beautiful views, but I would find it hard to describe as 4 star. I would stay there again but as I say the location was a bit remote.
