There were some ants in our first floor room, but reception was able to switch our room and upgrade us no charge! I also loved how the reception was 24/7 and felt very safe.

False advertising and bed bugs. I had breakfast included with my stay and it was advertised as 8am-11am, but I later found out it didn’t start until 8:30am. Check out was advertised as 12pm, but then later I found out it was at 11am. I got bed bugs from this overpriced, should be 1 star hotel.

This hotel was very disappointing. The pros are the location is good, the outside area is nice where the pool is overlooking the sea, breakfast was nice, the room was pretty spacious. Unfortunately the cons massively outweigh the pros. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed Iv ever slept on, it would be more comfortable sleeping on the tiled floors. When I told reception I was pregnant and couldn’t sleep in the beds, they didn’t have any suggestion of what I could do. I had to fold up some quilts which were as thin as a sheet so not much help. There is no parking for this hotel which was a nightmare. The pool area was filthy, we didn’t see it being sweeped or washed once in our week stay. The rooms are done very cheaply, with the terrible bed, doors almost falling off hinges, some switches not working, dirty looking shower. It has only been open for a month so I dread to think what it will look like in a year. For over 3000 euros for a week, it definitely should have been better. Don’t waste your money staying here.

Tolles Hotel sehr gute Lage und leckeres Frühstück.

Our stay was a dream the staff was very nice and attentive the drinks at the pool bar were all an absolute dream the location is perfect Ushuaia is an 8 minute walk away as well as many restaurants and bars.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand innerhalb einer ruhigen Fußgängerzone!

Great hotel to relax with a chilli pool area directly at the beach. Good quality of service and very friendly staff.
