Great customer service. Rooms are comfortable. Location near to public transport

This property was a great location for us as we were visiting friends who lived in the same street. We stayed in a nice quiet room facing the street. the room was clean and well presented but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, mouldy walls above shower and shower plug was blocked and the bathroom had a sewage smell to it. Door was a little hard to unlock with key.

A little tied but comfortable and friendly hotel in location that could have slightly better facilities and transport links. Breakfast a little expensive, but general good value for money.

We thought the place was good value. Not perfect but mostly comfortable. It was a shame our room was so warm, but it was manageable. Very friendly service and convenient for eating out, and transport.

Good clean hotel for a budget stay. Would have benefited from tea/coffee making facilities in room. Much better room, on 2nd floor near the restaurant, than the single room i had last September.

What an excellent find, a nice clean & quiet hotel, with an excellent breakfast with views across Tempelhof airfield.

No kettle in the room, the corridors smell of old smoke. The room was clean, and tidy. Parking is limited however have good spaces. The check in was very fast, however the lady missed most of the information we needed. I had to ask about how to get into the room as you have to pull the door. Also you need a note for the car park, which I had to ask about only by noticing it in another car.

I liked that the property had a chess set and nice lobby/ cafe area to relax.

The Hotel in general has a reasonable price. The only point what annoyed was the noise level from the highway. Unfortunately Wifi did not work well.

Room was hot, shower screen don't, work, bed side light no go as well. Spacious room.

So what I really liked about this one was the easy-to-access parking (outdoor) as well as the location. Not far from the ring highway it’s quite easy to get to from a lot of locations around Berlin especially it’s south and that was what I needed that week. Also the breakfast was simple but fine and there was no trouble with the WiFi which is always a plus. On the other hand - while clean, mind you! - it could use some upgrading or renovating some time soon. Everything feels a bit aged and looks accordingly. Well, I’d choose it again any time :)

Yes, the hotel is a bit outdated - but it is improving. Room was very spacious. For us, location was great (close to our old neighbourhood) - but if you want to stay in the middle of the city, this is not the top choice. But access to Autobahn and public transport is very good. Value-for-money is good. Was not sure if AC was working but we did not need one. All in all, ok place to stay, convenience beats style.
