Clean with well appointed rooms for a 2 star, a kettle and a fridge would make it so much better.

This hotel was so much better than i was expecting. The room was spotless & for 2 nights had what i needed. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was very modern & very clean. The TV in the room allowed you to login in to various apps including Netflix, it automatically logged you out when you checkout which is fab. Wifi was free & good to. It's in a superb location in Bilbao old town, tram & bus stops within a minutes walk, it is l surrounded by numerous bars & restaurants, there is also a Carrefour express a few yards away. The check in is at another hotel about 100 yards away which to me was no bother. If you’re staying for a few nights on a budget, i would recommend this hotel.

It's a budget, no frills place,with no restaurant, or tea and coffee making facilities, but what you get is OK. The rooms are a good size, the bathroom is well equipped, the beds comfortable and there's complimentary Wi-Fi. Situated in the old town, it's also well placed for walks along the river, or into town.

There is no smoking at the property and no staff at property, I believe the tenants abuse the situation by smoking in their rooms. This was brought up to them. The area is very lively and within walking distance to the Guggenheim Museum and the Bilbao Cathedral. The history of Bilbao is worth hearing and seeing yourself. There you will be able to compare the Old city where this hotel is and the new city where the Guggenheim welcomes you.

Great breakfast buffet. Parking pricey.

The staff were great in allowing us to change our stay from 3 to 2 days. Shower was all really nice. Our room left a little to be desired. There was a green emergency exit light on in the bedroom, which disrupted our sleep and a lack of furniture. No where to put bags, kind of minimal aesthetic but not super practical.

Good location in the old town, room was a little tired and was not very clean, internet was useless and the Smart TV didnt connect to the internet. Location was very convenient though

We enjoyed our stay here! Centrally located in the middle of old town. Easy walk to shops and pinxtos! The property says it has parking but we could only find an underground garage and the desk supplied us with a 10% off discount card to this. The garage was a short walk from the property. No parking in front of the building as it is a pedestrian street.

The location is fantastic but you can’t get dropped at the hotel. The taxi needs to drop you about 150m from the hotel.

Marvellous position in the old town. Lovely room with a very good shower.

Perfect room for 1 or a couple. Location is in the middle of it all in Old Town with close public transport especially the tram which does a loop around the city and if quick and effortless to take. I would definitely stay here again. If you enjoy good basic but contemporary stays this place is for you.

It was a great hotel with the best location, surpassing what I was hoping for. The main sights were quite walkable with plenty of restaurants nearby.
