It’s an excellent option! Friendly staff, comfortable and big rooms with an extra touch of luxury. Metro is few steps away, dining options all around. Definitely I will stay here again.

everything in the hotel was amazing , only downside is they had no gym or pool but besides that 10/10

Nice, modern property, friendly and helpful staff, location is good, 24hr supermarket and other shops close by, located in a very vibrant and bustling neighbourhood, metro station nearby which takes you into Madrid centre in 10 mins.

A very nice hotel that is really close to the metro. There’s also a supermarket close by and some fast food options. It was really easy to get into the heart of Madrid and to get to the Bernabéu for the footy. Would stay here again, and definitely worth considering!

Excelente hotel!! Vengo muy seguido a Madrid por trabajo y a lo largo de los años me he quedado en distintos hoteles, pero este sin duda es el balance perfecto entre atención al huésped, comodidad y practicabilidad de las habitaciones. La cama y almohada son muy cómodas, la habitación espaciosa y muy oscura, lo cual la hace perfecta para descansar. El hotel brinda todo lo que uno puede necesitar durante la estadía y la ubicación es 10/10. Súper recomendado!!!

I had good experience staying there. The room was clean, quiet, spacious. The location is very convenient for everything. The staff were nice and helpful. There was a problem with a broken sofa bed on the first night. Multiple staff members came to help and could not fix it. They moved us to a different room which has a broken window. We had to move to yet another room. With all the trouble, we lost more than a hour of rest time late in the night.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to estadio bernabéu so my daughter and I could walk to the Taylor Swift concert and not worry about taxi’s etc. We had a suite which was very large and lovely with a huge terrace. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not very stylish or modern but it is certainly very clean and typical Spanish. If we were not going to the stadium this would not be my first choice of locations in Madrid, but that being said there is a metro station just a 1 minute walk away and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood. This was a perfect stay for the occasion and the hotel staff couldnt have been better.

This hotel was beautiful! A great location right down the street from the cuatro caminos metro station. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They had a great room service menu and great amenities!

The hotel is located in a very nice area and close enough to Bernabéu stadium you can walk in 30 minutes or take a taxi right out front of the hotel Would definitely recommend

My mattress cover sheet was dirty. I took photos and video, as I returned to my room at 2am and just dealt with it. I complained to the staff in the morning, showed the photos and video and sent along via email to management. Management replied that it must have been dirt that I tracked in to the bed via suitcase (didn't have one) or my own body (I showered before getting in bed). Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in the way management handled this. Could have been a very nice experience had my sheets been clean.

The hotel location is very convenient to the Metro and walkable to nearby restaurants and convenience/grocery stores. Staff was friendly and the rooms are updated, comfortable and clean. Overall a great stay for a reasonably priced hotel .
