Last minute booking Great staff - provided a quiet rear room Car park tight squeeze !

Welcoming receptionist (Lana?), room clean and as expected newly decorated and presented well. 1 teabag and 2 coffee sachets but no milk. However we were welcome to use breakfast coffee machine although didn’t stay for breakfast it looked good. Good vets for our dog before returning to the UK, on D243 25 min walk or 2-3 min drive away.

The rooms were clean and spacious; The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. What really makes this hotel stand out however is the extraordinarily kind and professional staff. And their breakfast was one of my two favorite breakfasts during my two week journey in Europe. Generous, with high quality ingredients. Fresh squeezed juices, delicious cheeses etc.etc. I could elaborate more, but the foods were presented and procured with a sense of excellence and care for the guest. Lovely staff. Loved this stay. Thank you.

I loved it here! I couldn’t figure out the air conditioner though. It felt like I was the first person to stay there because it was sparkling clean. It had a bathtub, which seems to be rare here. It was a great price and good value for a nice clean comfortable new room.

The staff are nice, the hotel leaves room for improvement. It's ok really for a night or two, on a business trip, but nothing to tell the friends about.

We had one of the family rooms which was fantastic. Two gloors, 3 bedrooms and a nice little living room /dining room area. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit old, but in a vharming kind of way. We only stayed ine night on our way to paris, but would have liked to stay longer.

Perfectly ok place to stay on the way back from the South of France. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

structure of the old building require update. such as bedrooms a bathroom and all the design for all the walls and rhe lightings as well

Stayed many times at this hotel. It's an OK hotel - not great but not bad - probably still the best in the centre of Compiegne.

Good location and price. Free parking. Restaurant to the side is expensive and not great for the prices

Hotel staff treated us like family. We were in town for a funeral and staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.

The room was not clean. The carpeting was very dirty and was not vacuumed.

Hotel is very dated and was located in an area with significant activity (e.g., traffic, hotel across the street) outside which made it difficult to sleep with the windows open.

the staff member who checked us in was indifferent to the point of rudeness. However the night time staff was incredible. The elevator was down which was a pain lugging baggage up to the fifth floor.

Avoid this place. No air-conditioning, faulty lift, dimly lit corridors, parking unavailble as advertised, difficult wifi setup, poor maintenance, construction noise.

You could not get a much better location. It's five minutes from the train station, five minutes from the town square and two minutes from the beautiful River Oise.. As stated on other reviews the rooms most certainly need updating and some brighter decor, although it was comfortable and functional. I was shocked that a KitKat from the mini bar was costly, so beware!. All in all I would stay here again.

It is impossible to have diner near the hotel. It's quite anoying.
