Very nice and clean hotel .

Excellent area, great facilities!

The room had an issue with the air conditioning. When I mentioned it to the front desk, he immediately said he would take care of it, which he did, and told us not to worry. We went about our trip and felt supported.

Lovely location. Modern, clean room and wonderful layout for 2 parents and 2 children. Very large room. The only downside was it took a long time to get hot water in the shower.

Great place! Would recommend highly! Very central and public transportation easy access! Staff was helpful and always ready to serve. Loved it!

Front desk was not mean but not welcoming. Everything here is cheap and not much effort is put into anything. Construction during the day as well. Asked for hair dryer and front desk said come get it and hung up. Then when I got it he seemed made that he had to grab it from another spot.

Beautiful property in heart of Barcelona. Beautiful European interior design. Will stay again and recommend.

I was charged a pet fee for my support dog which has been the only hotel to charge a fee in Barcelona as well as any of my travels through Germany, Switzerland, or France. I did explain to the gentleman checking me in how she's a support dog. I just paid the fee to avoid confrontation as he should know his hotels policies better than me. Still troubling though that's the policy. Other then that enjoyable stay, nice room, the gym was... It had some things... It was useable.
