Easy to visit the different areas of Strasbourg.

Very convenient location in the heart of the tourist area. Liked the shopping in the area. Liked the two single beds. Really missed not having a refrigerator, and there was no ice machine that would have helped since there was no refrigerator and it was very hot weather while we were there.

Very central, parking garage very close, close to restaurants and points of interest. Clean, well equipped room, comfortable.

Location of the hotel was excellent for the town but to drive to the recommended car park was almost impossible and very stressful due to roadworks, road closures, congestion. We would nevet drive their again. The hotel itself was ok but dated, the room was small but clean. The bed and linen were comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep.

Great staff and service. Space exceeded expectations and check-in/out was easy. Great location!

Great location! Easy walk to so many restaurants, Petit France area and other attractions. Parking was expensive and not directly on site, but for the location it was understandable and worth it. Still an easy walk from the public parking to the hotel, even with bags. Such a charming room that was comfortable with AC and plenty of space.

The room was small but comfortable, except that the bathroom door opened inward blocking the toilet, so I had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. Not that many options at breakfast, but it was nice to have available. I was pleasantly surprised that even though the property was right on a central square, it was not noisy at night at all. Would consider staying again.

The reasons for 3 stars are location and cost. Otherwise parking is expensive and underground, away from the hotel. Incredibly hard to find by car, would've been nice to know. Sheets were clean but comforter was dirty and garbage was left on night stand. Floor obviously had not been swept between guests. Would not stay again. Also forget the breakfast and go local for better food at half the price.

Hotel is in a great location on the square. Staff were helpful but weren't able to locate an iron for me which wasn't good despite trying several locations. Room (106) was spacious enough with a large double bed. Not sure how much privacy the bathroom window blinds gave, particularly when the light was on. A safe in the room would've been appreciated. Being able to leave luggage was very helpful.

Cute little boutique hotel. The location was so convenient to the tram. The breakfast was wonderful and staff in the breakfast room were so friendly. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy, but it's worth being in the center of everything! this was my second stay and I would stay again.

This hotels offers good spotless rooms, in great location. They serve good breakfast. Two cons. I could hear water running in pipes from upstairs rooms. And the parking is too expensive. On top of that, the discounted rate ticket they gave me at checkout didn’t work. I ended up paying full price $29.50 for less than 24 hours.

It was a great stay and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was small and it is an old building. But it was very clean and in a good location. Nice breakfast too.
