The hotel is located in an alley so it's quite hard to find. The room is spacious for the price but the bathroom and towels are old.

I had a great vacation in Hanoi. For the money I am happy to go to the hotel. Good room. Smooth cushion. Clean. There are television, air-conditioner, dryer, super speed bottle, cofe tea cup free 2 packs of tea and 2 packs of cofe in the room. Drinks in cheap mini bars. Widespread hanging cabinets. The only thing that I did in room 101 was that the refrigerator occasionally ran and vibrated so loudly that my girlfriend was startled. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. The owner is enthusiastic. She cleaned the room quite conscientiously. The male receptionist is also lovable at both nights when I stay at the hotel to hang out late, you are still awake to open the door. Thank you very much. Breakfast is very good. I just stayed in Hanoi for 3 days 2 nights. The first day was beautiful. But on Monday night, my girlfriend and I experienced a heavy rain that made me and my girlfriend wade in the sea of water to the hotel. Quite unlucky but interesting. For US $ 21-25 per night, people can expect a more reasonable way: 1. No location signage. It is located next to a Nightclub with a big bass sound, sounding late at night, every night. This, of course, has drunken people who often argue in the streets when they leave. 2. No daily cleaning. You can get clean towels, soap and water bottles every 2 or 3 days, but you have to ask. 3. No clothes hangers. No wardrobe, no wardrobe, no .. nothing but two wooden chairs you can hang up your shirt. When I mentioned it, they dropped 5 hangers (but still have no hangers). 4. Air conditioner has no way to control the temperature. You can even turn it off without calling for help. Remote air conditioning only appears after complaining 4, 5 times. Wi-Fi connection is very poor. I mean, very slow, like dialing a kilobyte in 1995. They don't believe me and say their WiFi is fine. Other WiFi nearby is much faster. 6. There is no toilet paper, very small garbage basket in the bathtub for toilet paper. There are no other waste baskets as usual. No trash .. really? 7. Shampoo package needs to be opened. You can break a tooth if you try to open them. 8. Beer in the refrigerator, but no open items. When I mentioned it, the owner thanked me and then brought me an old, rusted opener (please inject a tetanus room first). 9. Door lock room with only one key, from both sides. You need a key to escape! This is a safety hazard in a fire, earthquake or any emergency. But the hotel is clean and the staff friendly, these are basic necessities. If the hotel managers spend a night at the try, they will see everything for themselves. Unfortunately, people think foreigners are too strange and incomprehensible, so it is often overlooked or forgotten.

Hotel rooms are nice, clean, beds are very comfortable. Very convenient location right in the Old Quarter very happy! Every room in the 4th floor with no elevator should climb slightly tired!

The hotel in the center moves to the convenient places to visit and play, just a few minutes' walk away. The staff and an older girl handed the key very cute and enthusiastic. Reasonable price compared to the ground in Hanoi. Will be back.

Rooms are very small and humid, without windows, very overwhelming and difficult to breathe. Uploaded photos of this room type are not related to reality. I feel cheated! When asking the hotel to change to a better room, the price is very high so I don't want to use the room here anymore!
