Excellent hotel beautiful amenties

Pleasant. long walk to the room but clean and well appointed.

The luxury rooms are beautiful and spacious. Few things that needed improvement are cleanliness of the pool area. The Wi-Fi was quite slow and the shower gel and shampoo are in a bottle that is attached to a wall in the shower so it can challenging to use those in the bath.

Great overall experience and the family room was amazing.

Pretty decent nothing spectacular. Service at breakfast was quite poor but enjoyed the steam room and sauna

Lovely relaxing stay

Perfect stay, bedroom really big, bed so comfortable and all presented beautiful and spotlessly clean. Lovely Espa products in bathroom. White fluffy towels. And silent. All staff were friendly and professional. Used the spa and had a massage. Great massage and fabulous facilities. My only reason for a 4 star was the food. We ate in the bar, after waiting 40 mins we asked about our order and the kitchen had forgotten to make it but when it did arrive it was very nice. Buffet breakfast a bit disappointing, although hot the sausages and bacon were undercooked, sausages looked anemic, mushrooms were slimy. Hash browns were nice and the honey presentation was lovely. The hostess at the front was attentive and friendly

Everything was perfect other than the bed being 2 singles pushed together creating a dip in the middle

For a £100 per night we were given a disabled bathroom when we neither asked nor needed it which was also extremely grotty. The shower chair was covered in grime & both the bathroom & room proper were both in desperate need of redecorating. The foyer lovely, the bar area okay but the room, very sub-standard & definitely NOT worth the price we paid. Would I stay there again, NO. My advice, find somewhere else…

A fabulous hotel. Stayed in a room that had been recently renovated and it was fabulous. The food is always superb and the staff are fantastic.

We had the luxury room and it was really spacious! Amazing value for the price. Areas of improvement are the length of time it took to get the room refreshed. If you are staying over then the rooms are done last. The amenities are also nailed to the wall in the shower so they are difficult to use in the bath. Reception gave me some spares. The pool area can get quite busy. (It’s more family swim vibes than a very relaxing spa). That is probably dependant on time and day of the week. For the price it’s an excellent hotel and I really recommend.
